• Marine weather forecasting and analysis
• Work order management and tracking
• Supplier coordination and procurement

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Vision AI analysis should be verified by qualified professionals
• Critical decisions should not rely solely on AI recommendations

10. Maritime Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: YachtOS Command is a management tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for safety-critical decisions.

• Always verify weather information with official maritime sources
• Consult qualified marine engineers for maintenance decisions
• Follow all maritime regulations and safety protocols
• The Service does not replace professional maritime judgment

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms
